No. And it does not make sense to do this. If you want to have these controls you need to create a Windows Forms application or another type that has this. If you want to open a console within this application, feel free to. Is this possible. It's not perfect but it's what you can do.

Unless you are talking about creating a TextBox as the same console, doing similar to what is found in WinForms but in text. It is possible but you will have to create the control manually. The .Net console does not give many facilities to do this.
