I use Tmzvps, the Managed VPS version of them, very good, just ask to install the version of PHP you need, in this case PHP 5.6.x

I have also installed on DigitalOcean, with $ 5 you put a simple server, with 512mb of memory in the air, if you need more just to upgrade.
