XAML without previewer or desginer - Visual Studio

I'm using Visual Studio 2015 Community with Xamarin, and I realized that when I edit XAML in designer mode (Shift + F7) I can not see the preview of it because another window with the same font is opened. I can not even see your rendering in Xamarin.Forms Previewer.

The project is properly compiled, there are no errors, and I can use it on mobile, Android VMs, and other platforms.

I also did the following:

  • Enabled Tools > Options > XAML Desginer > Enable XAML Designer, and restarted VS, including varying all the options on this screen.

  • I accessed View > Other Windows > Xamarin.Forms Previewer (here's the screen below):

    Additional considerations:

    • Use the STABLE version of Xamarin
    • All NuGet packages (those required for project operation, such as Xamarin.Forms) are updated
    • Newly formed computer and software installed
    • Windows 10 Enterprise x64 OS, and also tested in the Pro version.

The preview by visual studio 2015 is still not working in many cases, you can try upgrading android ndk to a newer version, and if it does not work you can use a Gorilla Player preview. link
