Buttons with different appearance at design time and execution time

Has anyone had the above problem? At development time the button design is normal. However, after compiling and running the application, they look like buttons from the Windows98 era.

Windows 7 - 64-bit Delphi 10.1 Berlin

Press Ctrl + Shift + F11 to open the project options. This is probably happening because you have this option unchecked:
