Has anyone ever integrated Pagseguro + codeigniter? With automatic feedback and everything else?

The ideal and most efficient way is to use the SDK for official PHP. Because it is updated by the PagSeguro development team.
You add it to the project as a library, and the deployment process follows what is described in the documentation.
