Block android application closure

I'm developing a managerial application for Android, using C # with Xamarin. There is some way to block the application (or block all buttons on the tablet) so that the user can not shut it down, except with some password authorization. The user can not use anything else on the tablet, just the app in question. Could someone help me with how to proceed with this operation?
