I'm having an unusual problem (who does not?), my launcher / splash screen opens, but it keeps this state even after I choose the desktop and after the RAD loads the project. It only closes when I stop all software. The last change my RAD underwent before that began to happen was the addition of some plugins to a project that uses Jasper and Crystal.
I've tried using the -clean parameter a thousand times, but nothing has changed.
[update] Investigating the cause of the problem I noticed that when switching workspace the loading screen closes and when it comes back, along with the IDE main window, it is still there, but windows does not "see" it, more like a second window of the same software; does not appear in the alt + tab or in the taskbar anymore until I close and open the RAD again.
