Custom Menu on site

I would like to have at least one north of how to make a custom menu as in this image.

(In the image, the mouse is hovered on Sustainability.)

The vertical menu, with the submenu in the sequence, is fine. The problem comes in the sequence, which is getting the list one below the other.

Please, I need only one north of where I can watch some video lesson or access a document about it, or how to do it.

This technique that is used in some menus is called "MegaMenu", where when running the hover event a content container appears based on that menu option.

To give you a "north", this link ( link ), has a tutorial that will guide you to do what you want.
