I can not install the Genymotion plugin in my Eclipse, it does not appear to make the download option, please help me ] 1

At first you're doing it right. Adding the download link and clicking on 'Add' to search for the plugin. Could you give more details about what step-by-step you are doing and what messages you are getting from the IDE?

Another thing, I recommend that you download Android Studio to program Android apps, not only because Android Studio is completely made for Android programming, with all the tools you can imagine and for being faster and having a build system well mlhr (Gradle) but mostly because Google already said that it will no longer support the Eclipse plugin
