Heroku does not work after adding dependencies in pom.xml (Maven)

I deployed a java project with maven, it worked quietly, however after I put the dependencies in the pom.xml file and gave the push, heroku no longer executes, not even the "hello world". Here's how pom.xml was, then how it was after adding the dependencies:
