I published an App in the App Store with the wrong Bundle Identifier, I ended up using the name (example) "myapp" while the correct one would be "with.myapp.myapp" corrected this in the new version but would like to know if I publish with the Changed the people who already have my app installed will receive the new version or not?

Unfortunately not. Once approved and published, you can no longer modify the Bundle Identifier because it is through it that iTunes Connect realizes that you are sending an update, not a new app.
