RDS Amazon recognizes Brazilian time as Manaus UTC-04: 00 and not Brasilia UTC-03: 00 [closed]

I'm starting to use AWS services and I came across a "problem" in Amazon RDS. I use Sql Server and it updates its time according to the time of the server, but when I select the time for my time zone UTC-03: 00 (greenland on the RDS server) it does not recognize the DST.

In the AWS documentation he says that this time zone recognizes summer time. If you use Brazilian Standard time , it even recognizes daylight saving time. but they use Manaus as base which leaves my wrong time, because I am in Rio de Janeiro and here we are based in Brasilia UTC-03: 00.

Has anyone ever had this problem? How did you decide?
