Connection redirection with tunneling proxy [closed]

2

I have two Ubuntu servers, one in Brazil and the other in the USA, in both of them I activated IP_FORWARD to be able to make a connection tunnel with them to the destination, well, I bought the two to do some ping tests, when I make the connection to the US server I get a medium high ping, around ~ 250, and when I do with the brazilian server I get a ping a bit lower ~ 220, however I did some tests .. .

When I test the ping from my Brazil server to my US server the ping is much smaller than the ping I get straight from my residence to the US, and when I see the ping from my residence to the server brasul ping is also pretty low, so I was thinking of making the tunnel for the brazilian server > USA > Destination, however, I do not know how to get this connection that I will receive on the Brazilian server and redirect to the US.

So what's the point of this question? I do not know how to do this route, can anyone help me or give me some idea or just say if it's possible?

PS: I'm new to Linux and the subject, I'm using this scheme to study more.

PS 2: I do not know if the idea I had was right or if I'm doing this tunnel the wrong way.

PS 3: The destination is in the USA, the ping from my server from there to the destination is 1.3 ms
