SQL Server drives recognition for db connection in PHP [closed]

I am having trouble connecting to the SQL Server database. I can not install the drives to be recognized. On the internet I've tried all sorts of things and nothing worked. I downloaded the drives on the Microsoft website, I put it in the php ext folder, I put the code in php.ini to recognize the .dll and it just does not work! It does not appear in phpinfo ().
