I've been doing a lot of research on interwebs, I've seen several NLP libraries for Python, Java, JavaScript, etc. Each was for English or other languages only. And since the Portuguese language community is so extensive I wanted to know if I'm searching wrong or if there really is no Portuguese-oriented library for Natural Language Processing . p>
Regardless of the language, is there a NLP natural language processing library? And if you do not, why does the Portuguese language community not invest as much as other communities?
