I made the migration of the IIS Express vs default server to IIS from my pc.

Path: visual studio > > project settings > > web > > Servers = > I took out IIS Express and put local IIS, ran it and it goes up to the login screen but after the following error " An error occurred while processing your request "

  • Open the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager;
  • Expand the Sites node of your server. Find the published site and click on it;
  • Click Error Pages ;
  • On the right side, click the Edit Configuration link;
  • In Mode , select Disable ;
  • Also check the Allow Nested Errors option;
  • Click Ok .
