Problems with activator installation on windows 8

I'm having problems installing typesafe-activator, when I open activator.bat the windows command prompt returns me the following message:

I installed Java SE Development Kit 8 and the problem remains.

The java environment variables need to be added:

  

My Computer > Properties > Advanced system settings >   Environment Variables > New:

Variable value you add the path to your JDK.
