I need help on a form in PHP complex, because in addition to sending email to administrators, it also sends to the client. The email is in html and automatically creates a pdf through html2pdf . So it's working, because it creates PDF , it sends email with link to PDF , but it is not getting the values entered in the form.

The problem is in the form, as it is not picking up the entered values, so send the email without the data.

UPDATE:

I can already send the data, minus the data of OptionsAreas and it is not sending email to the client. Another problem is that OptionsAreas is not hiding the values in the form. If you select one area, the other should not appear.

I tested your script here and it worked 'perfectly', generated the pdf in the voucher folder, counted the visit to generate the voucher code, and generated both emails as well. As I test locally in XAMPP, two files are generated with the e-mail in the mailoutput folder, indicating how it works, opening the files and they are OK.

In order to avoid doubts, I put online and also sent the emails as well as generated the pdf. Regarding Options, I confess that I still do not understand your doubt.

Does JQuery Validation solve your problem?

And instead of using echo $ _POST ['name'], how about using print_r ($ _ POST).
