Error inflating class android.support.design.widget.NavigationView

This is working correctly on most devices, however on other devices the following error is occurring:

  android.view.InflateException: Binary XML file line # 16: Error inflating class android.support.design.widget.NavigationView

I've already searched for and found results in Stackoverflow in English but it did not work.
