So I'm setting up a PHP development environment and I came across this TCP connection reset by peer error, I have no clue what's going on.

The virtualbox has been installed perfectly. I use Fedora 26 if it matters.

I have already solved it myself, I do not know if it was directly related to the problem, but when executing the command as administrator, that is, using sudo at the beginning there was no error.
