Can I create an event in PhpMyAdmin?

2

I want to create an event in PhpMyAdmin, where every day it implements +1 in a field of type int , but in my local server it works normally, in the hosting it says that I need the user super global , all right until then, the head I contacted the support, it was not possible to change the permissions, I bought another hosting from another company, and the same thing happened, and nobody solves anything.

Now my doubt, if it works on my local server, was not it supposed to work on a hosting as well? If you can not trigger an event in a web hosting, why is there such a blessed event function in PhpMyAdmin? Is there a specific lodging? I was thinking of buying a Windows VPS and installing WampServer there.

I do not know if my question is out of scope, or based on opinions, but I know someone has the answer to that, which can not only help me as other users.

Generally hosts are shared, so you do not have access root which makes it impossible to create events in Phpmyadmin, in which case, look for a VPS or Dedicated.

That's all.
