On the menu go to Help > Install new software. In Work with select --All Availables Sites--. A list of options, click the General Purpose Tools arrow and select the Marketplace Client, and then click Next. The Marketplace will be installed and eclipse will restart. Go to Help > Eclipse Marketplace ... and search for SVN. Choose an svn and click Install. I recommend Subvirse - SVN Team Provider is what I use at work.

Go to the Help > Eclipse Market Place menu. Search for a plugin called Subclipse. Install it. Oh, just use it.
