For the second time in these last days, after restarting the computer I get the following error message when trying to open the project in Delphi X5 that I have already worked for many months:
The project can not be loaded because the requiser personality Delphi.Personality is not available ..
How can I solve this problem? 
[Updated] For some reason, logging in with the Administrator user, I can use it normally. Does anyone know if this is due to some lack of some windows registry? I remembered that I did a cleanup and defragmentation of the Windows Registry using Advanced System Care and Norton Utilities, perhaps in that cleanup, some registry has been improperly removed.
