How to leave code in php commented correctly?

How to leave a php code well commented in a way that is easy to read, understand and easy to search for future maintenance or reading of other programmers?

Using Docblock Comment standards . However, I personally do not use tags like package because namespace itself already meets this need. See the PHP DOC Tag List
