Does not Write IIS error System.Diagnostics.XmlWriterTraceListener

I did a test project in Github to demonstrate how the Log works with System.Diagnostics.XmlWriterTraceListener everything works on my machine, but when I play on the server it only writes information and Warning the error it does not anyone could help me if some configuration is missing in IIS that I have to enable?

As per said by comment , check the Application Pool user's permission (usually IIS APPPOOL\DefaultAppPool ) or the IIS user (usually IUSR in IIS7).
