I can not align "Collapsible Group Item # 1" with the "form (s)" as seen in this example: link
I tried to put the 'in-line' class in some parts of the code hoping to align, but it is not working. Somebody save me? =)

If you want to leave h4 aligned it has to be inside the form and with the form-inline class as well.
Example:
