On the tables and Sequences that "comes" with Oracle

I had a question about the need to keep the tables coming "ready" in oracle . When you create any connection, when looking at the tables you can see several tables and sequences , what do these tables usually serve? Is there a problem if I delete them?

Example of these tables:

What is happening is that at the time of installation and configuration of the database, you did not create a user / schema.

You are logged in as SYSTEM , which is not correct. You must create a user and specify privilege levels, among other things. These tables are part of the static and other information provided by the bank.

Here is an example of how to create a user: link
