I have installed Firefox but it's not showing up for me.

You can add it manually.
Click " Browse With ... ", you will see this screen
ClickAdd"and look for the Firefox executable by clicking on the ellipsis
Firefox will now appear in the list.

If you do Browse With, Firefox does not appear? If it appears, try to put it as default, to see if it appears in this list.
