MySQL 6.1 Workbench CE does not start any more

2

I do not know if anyone here uses it, I tried to use it for the first time, downloaded it, installed it and used it the first time in a good way, I found it cool, I created a database,

I shut down the PC and the next day it did not start at all. It does not give an error, it just does not start. In the task manager comes to create the service, but it inexplicably adds up. I already reinstalled 2x and nothing. I looked in some forums and saw people with the same problem, but no resolution, some unanswered and others said they stopped using. I use version 6.1 CE, it's the latest, and Windows 7 Ultimate, 64-bit.

Has anyone ever had this problem? Managed to solve? Any suggestion of a program similar to it?

I had a very similar problem and managed to resolve it as follows:

1) Open the windows services:

2)LocatetheMysqlserviceandgototheLogontab

3) Modify the user by placing the user you use on your Windows (this user must have password and be an administrator). Notice the image below that in the user field I had to put. \ And then my user. In doubt go in search.

4)Trytostarttheservice.

Note: Open the run and type: control userpasswords2 and make sure your user is an administrator there.

Man, I'm not a programmer or anything, I'm just responding because I had this same problem on Win 10 64 bit. I researched a number of forums and could not solve my problem.

The program stopped and did not start anymore, I uninstalled and installed and nothing.

I've worked out an alternative way, I went to the MySQL site and downloaded the 32-bit compressed version (already installed - it's a little bigger). link

After unpacking, I threw the folder of the program already installed inside the folder "Program Files (X86)", I entered the folder and opened the file and ready.

I do not know if this procedure is correct, but I'm using it without problems. I hope it helps you too :)

I also just went through this problem.

Firstly I checked if there was a workbanch installed on the pc and removed 0 even though it was version 8.02. After I disabled windows defender and firewall, I downloaded the workbanch in version 6.0 32bit and installed. This fixed the error on my pc.

I came to think of formatting the pc but it did not quite work out. I hope to have collaborated more.
