Android Studio Error "Unable to locate adb" [closed]

I'm having an error when running some app with Android Studio. It gives an error and returns this message:

Unable to locate adb

I reinstalled the program to go back to the factory setting and it did not work. If anyone knows the solution thank you.

Access the menu Tools > Android > SDK Manager , and then go to the SDK Tools tab and check that Android SDK Platform-Tools is installed (not sure if I'm running the latest version of Android Studio, so the menu path may vary).
