Good afternoon, I started this question more like a discussion than doubt the language itself.
I need to chat or use some service that offers this. I was studying natural language but found a site called wit.ai which already offers this service.
What I can not do is create entries for it on this site I would like to know if someone has already done this and what platform they used or if they have any documentation that can help me in creating a chat bot for scheduling queries.
The part that is already done is my web service, which sends to the chatbot the text eg:
Gostaria de marcar uma consulta para o dia 27/04
or
Gostaria de marcar uma consulta para o dia vinte e sete de março
The chat bot should return me the formatted date the reason it is query (or schedule or other reason that the system might have it.) for me to process this information through query in my db and return the response to the client .
