Delphi Cut Screens in Windows 8 (Flashing)

How to not 'cut' the Delphi Screens in Windows 8?

The system was running fine on Windows XP. I went to Windows 8 and noticed that some screens are cut (you can read the top and bottom). Checking the relationship of components x problems, apparently are screens with TExDBGrid.

It's the skin that has a problem. It does not work with Aero Glass in Windows 8 , so much that disabling screens return to normal (uncut) :

Em oncreate do form:
  skcPrincipal.Active := True; //sk'C'
  skdPrincipal.Active := True; //sk'D'

As we investigated, this skin naturally does not support Aero Glass (there were no such coolties, hehehehe),.: the person in Windows 7 w7 should shut down the Aero. But in Windows 8 you can not turn it off.

We are looking for a new skin , if anyone has a suggestion thank you. The hard skin is part of the visual identity of the system ...

Thank you all.
