In a list of users on a mobile system is it possible to have a button that adds the contact on the mobile?

It would be a ADD button that when you clicked, that add Android contact screen appears, for example, with the person's name and the number already filled in the fields.

I found the TAG:

So the person chooses what to do, to call, to send SMS or to add in the contacts.

Similar to mailto: .

But specifically for what I want I have not found it yet.

You are trying to access something that is inside the phone by the browser. Note, it is the same thing as trying to access a feature of your pc through chrome, for example, without a "guy" there to pass on this information I do not see many options. More you can give a search to see if any browser provides that "face" that sticks between the js and the cell phone.
