Does anyone know, does it indicate some ProGuard-like tool on Android only for IOS, to make code dazzling in class IOS?

I've researched this professionally. There are only paid tools for this function, among which Arxan is the best known manufacturer. And they are very expensive tools (price is 5 or 6 digits, in dollar, per platform).
