Make log shipping in android application in the occurrence of errors

Hello, I would like to know if there is any way to send the application log, or take some action when an error occurs in an android application (when the message "The application stopped working" is displayed). Is it possible to do something like this? I found the Log Collector, but since it is a separate application, and as in androids above 4.1 applications can only read the logs themselves, the Log Collector does not work.
