Error trying to open * .FDB file in IBExpert

I need to open a * .FDB file by IBExpert, until recently I was able to open it normally but yesterday it started to give this error:

Home I already checked the control panel and BD Firebird is running fine and I ran the test Telnet at the command prompt, and Firebird port 3050 is connected as well.
Any suggestions?

It was necessary to uninstall InterBase from the machine so that when reinstalling FireBird it could generate a new gds.dll file that would point back to FireBird and not point to InterBase
