I need that when the user accesses with http is directed to https and when it accesses without www redirects to access with www, follows doubts below:

I'm using the following code in .htaccess:

The problem that when I use this second code, it works in parts, when I access an internal page, it plays in the url a index.php?/ and sometimes goes into infinite loop.

Has anyone ever had to do something similar?

Basically this:

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !on [OR]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.endereco\.com$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.endereco.com/$1 [L,R=301]

RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !on [OR] only redirects if it is not https, OR
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.ende... if you do not have www at the beginning.
