Error compiling Delphi XE5 UPD2

Problem solved. The Kaspersky Pure 3 antivirus was blocking some compiler instance, this problem started to occur without any configuration in the antivirus, it was probably after some automatic updating of it.

It seems that you have done a custom installation of Delphi XE5, when trying to install the XE6 version you must have opted for a default installation that should have changed the current (custom) settings, a probable way to correct this error is shown in that article done by Embarcadero.
