Horizontal navigation beneath the photo carousel has a smooth ease in the interaction, and does not use anchors.

It's just a conventional scroll with smooth and I think it has a motion blur as well.

Does anyone know how to get this result? I've seen the niceScroll , but it seemed to me stuck, not soft enough. Not like this example.

Very cool effect, I did not know that kind of slider yet. I gave one a lookup and found something that might be useful:

Who knows, using the plugin base mentioned above, you can implement something similar using another plugin for horizontal scroll easing or even css3, so it depends on your need for browser support.
