Update VS and all components, no need to reinstall

I was able to solve, as @Thiago Loureiro said, I just had to update Visual Studio, I still do not know the root cause, but thank you very much to everyone

I had the same problem and just solved reinstalling VS2017, but I used the "Immediate Window" for a while to break the twig that does the same thing ...
