I'm doing a lot of research on iOS platform application programming, and all the online courses that I find on the computers are from the Apple line. To program Apple, do I need an Apple computer?

By no means can they be used across platforms. These languages are not "Apple", they are only maintained by Apple.
Of course, if you want to do something for MacOS or iOS, it's a bit difficult to do on another platform. It does not stop, but it does give a bit of work especially for iOS requires a MacOS to publish your app , but < a href="https://en.stackoverflow.com/q/35337/101"> not to develop .
I know the same goes for Objective-C, but goes from Swift.
