I think it's the fastest solution, there are some tools to emulate the safari if you give a google, or you can even go for a harder solution that would be a hackintosh.
But as your problem is just css, googlada by safari web emulator or browser emulator and you can solve.

You can download the 5 version from Safari to Windows in this link . Apparently this will be the last version with support for Windows .
