I'm trying to access localhost (ip: 192.168.0.11) through another machine on the network. Start Apache with access on port 8080 (with EasyPHP Devserver 16.1) and type in the browser of another network machine (ip: 192.168.0.15) the address " . The page loads until it is timeout and I can never access it. I already released port 8080 on the windows 10 firewall, but it did not work. Would anyone have any idea why it does not work?
Note: when I disable the localhost firewall and try to access through another machine, the connection is refused rather than timeout.
