Although the option is available in the BIOS, this processor does not have virtualization technology (required to run docker on Windows). ( Link 1 ) ( Link 2 ) ( Link 3 )
But do not worry.
There are other ways to use Docker without having to swap your Operating System.
You can install VirtualBox and use a Virtual Machine with either Linux Server (to save memory) or the Boot2Docker project.
