I'm trying to access the authorization for RS invoice authorization . On access I get the following message:

Server Error in Application "PRNFH / WS / NFEAUTORIZACAO"

HTTP Error 403.7 - Forbidden The page you are attempting to access requires your browser to have a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) client certificate that the Web server recognizes.

I accessed the SEFAZ RS page , downloaded and installed the < a href="https://www.sefaz.rs.gov.br/Site/MontaArquivo.aspx?al=l_dwn_nfe_assinatura_prg"> SubscriberRS that already comes with a certificate for tests, but the certificate that comes with it with it won in 2011.

Do I need to get a% cc% digital certification to do certification tests? Or how can I access the webservice testing page to run the tests?

To consume Sefaz web services (homologation / production), such as NFe or CTe you will need a valid e-CNPJ certificate.

In the case of the certificate that comes with the Signature, the purpose is to perform tests to sign the XML, but to consume the WebServices from Sefaz, you need an e-CNPJ.
