I've developed a system for a store that can serve as a store too, I'd like to know what to do to make the system legalized.

  • Do I have to go to SEFAZ?

  • What document should I bring to where?

If legalize means to market licenses, the first thing to do is to start a business.

To do this, look for an accounting office and explain to them what you want to do. They have know how to create your company so you can market such software (CNAE).

You will need to categorize your software into some subcategories (customizable software, non-customizable software, etc.).
