Apparently, the way is to do a scrape from < in> tracker :
- How To Know the number of seeds / peers for a torrent in PHP
- Sending scrape request for getting torrent's seeds and peers
You have an indication to use the Bitsnoop (not tested).
They are only 26 results searching for "torrent seed" within the PHP tag of Stack Overflow.
