Chat for IOS with Swift 3 [closed]

I'm looking for a faster way to develop a whatsapp app for IOS. As I am very new to Swift I would like to know if there is anything like a "skeleton app" that I could give an improvement in the look and point to my web service. Is there an alternative?

Build the chat part of this app - Flips - Picture Your Words - using PubNub . It works perfectly. In the PubNub website you have examples of how to make a chat app (Objective-C and Swift).
