Is there any way to access, or at least import / create my database in some workspace, or oracle server (free)? So that it can be accessed remotely.
If yes, how could I do this "access"?

If you have access to an old computer that can support some version of OracleDB, you can remotely access the computer using a service like PageKite or < NoIp .
If it is for non-commercial software, you can ask PageKite for a free license.
