How to transform sql scripts into liquibase xml?

Hello, I have all the base scripts in postgreSQL and I wanted to transform into Liquibase xml to use on my server. Is it possible or do I have to manually convert scripts?

The SQL Power Architect program generates Liquify Liquify xml, as it wanted, in addition to offering various other database-related functionality. Such features in the community (free) version.
